That argument will stand when some man gets denied a cut at a women's only hair salon. You're arguing in the wrong frame, it's not that you can't have a business that caters to only one sex, it's that you can't have such a business that discriminates arbitrarily.
Reasonable exceptions can be made, it's unreasonable ones that are in violation of the law. So feel free to try and get a membership at Curves and then take them to court, if you really do believe your rights are being violated by unreasonable discrimination. Or just continue bemoaning your "oppression", if that works better as a convenient target for your disaffection with life.
