One couple was moving in to their new purchase and got a notice that day that the park was closing. Residents had to be approved by the city of calgary to purchase the homes in the first place. If council had it in the plans to not move them then why would they approve the purchases?

Why are taxpayers responsible for finding them a new site for their trailer? I feel sorry that these people are being forced to move, but that's the risk one takes when renting land they don't own.
