It's pretty clearly all in her head right now. Wins the 2nd set, comes back and gets bageled? The mental warrior of last year is gone, and you obviously have to speculate that she simply has her focus on other areas beyond tennis. Thing is, if her decline continues as rapidly as it's going she'll be in the 50's ranking wise by year end. Hate bringing this name up, but only Kournikova could still get big sponsor deals playing at that level. So she's playing herself out of a lot of money outside the court as well.
She still has to bottom out too which will be the real test for her. At this point she might not win 5 more matches the rest of the year. At least Milos is back though so we can maybe get some positive Canadian tennis stories going again.
