It's pretty much understood that Jon is not dead in the books. It's not shown in the show, but all of the Stark kids have warging ability of varying level of aptitude. Jon is likely going to warg into Ghost and be revived somehow. In the show, Melisandre returning to the Wall suggests a revival of some kind may also happen.

Catelyn is resurrected somewhat successfully in the books by Thoros of Myr. Her throat is still slashed, so she can't speak unless she wraps her hands around her throat to kind of hold it together. And she still looks ghastly and ghoulish on account of how long she was dead before being brought back. She is seeking revenge against any who wronged her (particularly Freys) and is using the Brotherhood of Banners for this purpose. She is called Lady Stoneheart in the books after her resurrection.

As for the Blackfish, he's still kicking around in the books but it's unclear as to whether he has a role to play.
