Isn't it obvious? They are going to continue to breed and train dinosaurs for war and eventually these warrior dinosaurs will take over the world; however, in an effort to combat this, man will create advanced AI machines to fight the dinosaurs, except these machines kill their human masters and start a massive global war versus the dinosaurs which will be the jurassic park - terminator cross over!
