Does anyone really think Ramo is going to get more money and term from anyone other than The cap-floor Flames? If the Flames want to keep him, they have the means. Ortio shouldn't be pushed into the starter's role too quickly.
A couple of transition years with 50/50 duties in year 3 would make sense. Give Ramo the same money as Hiller (around $4 min) for 3 years and we'll be solid IMHO. A good long stretch of stability in net, which 1 more year of Hiller will not provide.
