Ah great to know then. Did they only ask for proof of your ownership of stall and then tow them? My biggest fear is the owner of the car doing something to my car in anger, but when you leave several post it notes on the windshield, enough is enough.
I even gave the guy a week to sort out an alternate parking arrangement in the last note.
I think the average guy would have had it towed or done a bit of random destruction or dirtying of the car.
