St Luke's Roosevelt is in West Harlem, NYC.

Here's a pic taken from Global Calgary for a story earlier in the year about rural Alberta ambulances....notice the orange and blue "half moon" logo in front of the "EMS" (and in front of the the "St. Luke's on the OP", as well as the side striping....exact same as the OP.
Not really relevant, and maybe this is a really old ambulance that was in NYC at some point in time...or maybe this nut job is trying to validate/further his story/credentials by adding graphics to whatever ambulance he picked up at local auction.
