Sepp almost gets there on ballot one, 133 votes for and he need 140. But yeah he'll be winning this thing again. Slippery Sepp does it again.

Considering France, Spain and Russia (predictable for them though) broke ranks to support Sepp, I doubt we'll see UEFA do much.
