I liked what I saw as well, but there wasn't a lot to go on.
He has the tools: size, speed, decent hands, good along the boards.
He just needs to take it to the next level and solidify a regular spot in the lineup. I agree that moving him to the wing makes a lot of sense.
And I agree - no chance of waivers, unless he plays so poorly they can't find a trading partner.
Young, bottom 9 wingers so far: Bouma, Ferland, Colborne, Jooris, Shore... lots of size and speed there. Things are moving in the right direction.
