So in terms of moving up, the only situation is moving up to 11, and picking someone who they are very high on? This would happen on the draft floor, since the desired player would still have to be available.
I'm assuming that other teams would want the highest of the second round picks for this kind of deal.
Is sacrificing the 45th pick to pick at 11th really worth it? If they were picking here, the Flames could have a shot at prospects like Werenski, Meier, or maybe even Provorov.
In my opinion, Provorov would definitely be worth it it he fell to the 11th spot.
