I had created a thread this am with a few questions, but nobody thus far has answered. I was starting to think I backed over everyones cat or something.

I'll just cut/paste my questions here, maybe you or others can chime in. Once I receive my email of times (etc) I'll post them up for you as well as asked.

Thanks very much.

Hello all.

This was my first year as a ticket holder, so I'm new to the processes and activities surrounding things such as seat relocation. I'm wondering if I can trouble a few of you to answer some questions ahead of going in.

I signed up by the May 21st deadline to be eligible for relocation, and I guess am just awaiting my email to discover my date and time. I assume this will arrive soon.

When I was called to become a ticket holder, I was online for viewing the available seats. It worked out well. In regards to seat relocation now, is this also done online, or is it still the process of going down to the Saddledome and seeing whats' available, sitting in the seats, etc.

In either format - online or in person, how much of a mad rush is it and how many are generally in the same grouping/time - any idea? I'm wondering basically how much time you have to review and compare a few sets of options before making a decision. Is it pretty much "have an idea of what you're looking for before logging in, then grab the closest available to your wants on the immediate before someone else", or is there time/consideration to seeing where you are at present in comparison to what all is available and narrowing things down in real time.

I had read in the past that going down to the Saddledome was a cool experience for this, but that its a bunch of people running all around the dome scooping up the seats. When I spoke to a friend who is a longer standing season ticket holder, he noted he spoke to the usher before going in and they discussed where he was versus what he was looking for, and the options were laid out to him for the sections he was after. If in fact you go down to the Saddleome still, how does that work then. Do you just enter and kind of free for all then, or do you speak to someone first and get ushered to your desired sections in consideration. I imagine if it's online, you just see all seats available all the same, which would be different than what he has noted as in person.

Anyway, thanks all in advance for any replies, experiences, stories, and whatever else you may contribute on point. Any information is greatly appreciated.

All the best.
