Probably because of where I started. I picked my group, vanilla passengers, and then saw who I was aligned with. That equaled 15. The captain made it 16 and then there was only one spot left over. Since people in this game can be turned, I thought that was a possibility. Since the setup said there were 14 innocents, it made sense that 1 of the 15 would not be innocent, and thus would become a host.
