I'd consider moving down to 21 if there are 5 or 6 good players available at 15 still with none of the top 12 on the board. If Svechnikov, Zboril, Roy, Chabot, Harkins, Sprong, and Kylington are on the board at 15, to me there isn't really any difference between them in the potential department so it would make me consider sliding down.

If you can add #31 to the fold, moving up from say 53, then it's really a great trade as you'll be getting a significantly better player @31 than 53 and not really losing much if anything by moving down to 21.

With how things are, it might be possible to get 2 of those 7 players instead of only 1 by moving down to 21. Both Sprong and Kylington could slip out of the first round and if we're at 31, we're primed to get one of them.
