Can they offer sheet McDavid mere seconds after he is drafted?
Not serious on this one, but is that a plausible situation? Can a team tender an offer sheet to a player if they were drafted but haven't signed a contract yet or does he have to have an expired contract in order to throw an offer sheet his way?
