My wife's car has a serious problem with it. It is a '97 Cavlier, and it has an engine problem (bottom end knock). It still drives, but, mechanics at a GM dealership say its only a matter of time before it goes.

What do some of you suggest would be the best way to get the most money for it?

I think we might try an auction, but are there any other suggestions?
