I can see Hamilton getting an RFA offersheet from some team, but I don't think we are in a position to make that step really. Despite the recent dividends on the rebuild, it's important to remember that we were #16 of the 16 teams that made the playoffs. We are not looking at filling one or two small holes in the roster to be a legitimate contender. This team still has some serious rebuilding to do and giving away 1st round draft picks for the next few seasons shouldn't be in the cards. We are just as likely to be drafting in the top 15 next season as we are to be contending for the playoffs (Hamilton or no Hamilton), in my opinion.
I just don't see a continuation of the accelerated rate of progress. I expect a more organic rate of improvement over the next few seasons instead of the giant leap we made this season.
To make a long story short, RFA offersheets should not be made by fledgling teams.
