Good points but also consider the fact that he was a rookie this year so there is likely room for growth even though he is 25. Also he is useful in the sense that he will be cheap, can play anywhere on the bottom 6, is great on the pk, and plays full-on all the time. Chipping in a few goals is a bonus imo.
