I use playback through remote locations when I'm on trips and visiting relatives out of town. In the same boat using EMBY(mediabrowser). I can't stream up without cutting down the quality.
Cable is really slow right now for upstream because Calgary is really behind on the analog TV/telephone bandwidth reclaimation right now. We just all really need fiber to home.
