My only complaint is that you can only get a medium for free with the stickers. I don't even collect them now. What is the point of a medium coffee? It is like a half pint of beer, does not meet my needs.

Oh man, that pisses me off to no end. You would think 10 seconds of training, or a little common sense to put the seam at the back of the cup when they put the lid on, not 1/16th of a turn from the opening wouldn't be to much to ask for. Especially at the drive through. But no, every freakin time, leaky crappy coffee on the first sip.
