I highly doubt it, the select your own seats feature has been off ever since game 3 started. I'm 99% the Flames know that there were thousands of people browsing and were watching and knowing there was no rush to get tickets if they wanted them.
This game they'd rather go back to their "OMG limited tickets have just been released!! Everyone race to buy them!" strategy.
"Limited tickets have just become available, see if you can snag some" is a better marketing strategy than everyone looking at a seat map that shows 450 available tickets not moving for an entire day, like game 3.
