I've been largely disappointed by nearly all of the Rogers coverage during the playoffs when compared to the CBC / TSN split of previous years. I generally watch every game I can of the playoffs, at least 1 or 2 games every night. It dominates my spring evenings. It's been far less enjoyable for me this year than years past and I've attributed that mostly to how Rogers has covered them and how they've changed what we've seen in years past. Right from the panels and commentarors (some, not all) to thier branding, sponsors, and production value.
In general, from a high level, how would you say these ratings compare to the last 5 years? Is the average Canadian displeased like me, or has Rogers managed to harness more viewers than coverage of the past few years?
