Be friendly with whoever has a radio as that will be the quickest lifeline to Stampede security dispatch. Know which entrance you are working and be able to repeat it so when the inevitable happens Stampede security/CPS can be down there lickety split. Know the difference between happy drunk and cut you with a broken bottle drunk. Other than that, park hours, and where is the closest bathroom/changestation.
