There is a huge difference between selling and listing. You can list it for anything you want, but that doesn't mean it will sell. Most of the outrageous prices are put there knowing they won't sell at that price. I don't mean to state the obvious, but if everyone listed their tickets at $50, they will all sell at that price. New listing check what previous listings are at and what amounts have sold and then price accordingly. Others put a price and say if it sells at that high amount, then they won't go, but if they don't sell they will go to the game themselves. It's like listing your house for double what a comparable house is going for. You don't think it will sell, but if it does you're happy to move.
There's a reason (along with many others) many people sell anonymously on StubHub instead of eBay, and it's so people like you don't email them. If there are 200 tickets cheaper than his tickets, then he knows he isn't selling at that price. He doesn't need your emails to tell him that. If you don't like the price, don't pay it.
