If the NHL finds conclusive evidence that the Sabres tanked to finish last, the NHL should hand down a drastic punishment. Take away Buffalo's first round picks for 2015, 16, and 17. They need to deter teams from doing this.
I would go so far as to suggest the lottery be re-drawn.
