Will is becoming one of my favs just because he is so coniving(sp) and he is so open about doing it. Everyone else is to quiet and sneeky.

That's how he won the first time. I haven't watched since then (an episode here or there maybe), but will was Dr. Evil and always told people that they couldn't trust him. They did, and he burned them. Thing is, they all burn each other, he has just enough guile to do it to their face and players don't seem to know how to handle it.
