1. If the prices of McDonalds' food causes you hardship, you should use it as a motivator to make healthier choices.
2. If you do want to eat it and price doesn't cause you to make threads about it on message boards, McDonalds make available all of their nutritional info. So long as you keep on top of your calories (and macros), fitting McDonalds into your day isn't impossible. (In fact, it's easy as hell.)
