The Basic service on that page you link shows 500Kbps for $49.95 if you only go month by month. If you sign up for a year it is $39.95, and goes down if you sign a contract for longer.
You get 4.5 Mbps if you order the "Screamin Corporate" for an "Additional Cost" of $80 per month. Still only 5 GB usage though (more is more $)
