They haven't said they are raising royalties. They have said that they would review them to ensure they made sense at a variety of oil prices.
The PCs most recently raised royalties, then clawed them back but had an overall increase. So while you fear the NDP the PCs already did what you fear the NDP of doind
So you could go wild rose as they have committed to the current regulatory regime. But that implies we are at the goldilocks point for royalties.
