I think you underestimate concussions. Doesn't matter if it was a very small concussion, it's thought that it takes at LEAST 1-2 weeks for ATP stores to recover. That, and "temporary loss of brain function" would be more than a mild concussion.

Suffice to say that if he plays Sunday it's not a concussion.
(Or else risks mild forms of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second-impact_syndrome - which is thought to be the cause of the long term effects of concussion)
