Even though Burke is against have two goalies in the playoffs. His opinion isn't wrong though, as almost all Stanley Cup winners use only one goalie.

The game is changing rapidly and the increase quality in goalies is spreading just like it is for top-end players.
If you have two goalies of good and equal calibre, I see no reason why they can't rotate, playoffs or not.
