Default Do you have a wireless dead spot in your house? Good Solution

After moving where I record episodes of Fireside Chat, I found the wireless connection to be very spotty and Dan made a great suggestion.

It's an ethernet over power converter. Basically what you do is hook up a cat-6 cable (or cat 5, but get 6 because they are better) to your modem or router, which ever has phone jack connectors on the back. Then you plug that into this device and that device into the nearest wall outlet.

You can then plug the other one in anywhere else in your house and run another cat-6 cable to any computer and it will be hooked up as if it was plugged directly into the modem/router. You won't need the wireless connection. This is awesome if you don't have a good wi-fi connection anywhere in your house. There are many variations of this on the market currently as well, I only linked monoprice's version because they have extremely cheap cat-6 cables (a 5ft and 20 ft were 5.20 USD combined)

Just figured I would share because I never heard of it and it works amazingly well.
