While Magpies can be aggressive (they're also one of the boldest and smartest birds out there), unless you really approach their nest and try to dislodge it, they'll basically just watch you and warn you off if you get to close. But if you attempt to dislodge the nest once the clutch has been placed they can get really aggressive.
I think at this point you let nature take its course. Dude its nature, enjoy it.
It could be worse. You could have a nest laid by a hyper aggressive species that's into dive bombing if you get within ten feet of the nest.
