There are Magpies nesting in a tree at my Mom's house. I thought I knocked out the nest with a long pole, but I was wrong the nest seems to be huge. I tried again but now the bird knows what I am doing and is very aggressive. Whenever I show up it circles over my head and watches me. I went to get the mail the other day and the bird followed me, it landed on ever fence as I walked to the box. It is very creepy and weird. I think they might have babies.

Does anyone know how to deal with this? If they have babies I hope to do things in a humane way.
