AirBNB is extremely popular, and these stories are quite rare. To be honest, it's the first time I've heard of a person's place being trashed, especially this bad. It seems that AirBNB is going to help the family cover the costs for this, so good on them.
I really hope the renters in this case can be charged. They absolutely destroyed that home and should be punished.
