^ here is some tips i can think of:

* if your job requires a suit, then think about leaing a sport coat that works with a bunch of stuff at the office - then at least you have somehting
* i have a travel towel, that folds small so it is easy to transport home to wash, otherwise i leave it at the office for a few uses
* i roll my clothes to try and prevent wrinkles - but no matter what you do, that shirt is not going to look as crisp as it could

as for clothes - generally speaking MEC has beeter stuff, but there are times whne your LBS may have a sale on that offers better prices. i have a jacket that turns into a vest, i cycling type undershirt (similar to a lightweigh fleece), and then a short sleeve shirt. i have mid weight cycling tights, then i put my spandex over top followed by a pair of baggies. i also have cool weather gloves and a headband for thsoe cool mornings.

when it comes to clothes, think about are you going to be riding when it is -25, or do you stop when it is 9 degress and buy clothing for around that temp point.

as an aside, i find it tough to ride in the mornings, but i love looking at traffic jams on deerfoot while ripping up the path
