Would anyone know for sure the order of the Draft picks for teams? I've been told two different things:
1. I was told teams eliminated from Round one, will be ranked #15-22, depending on performance during the regular season
2. I was also told that teams are ranked by regular season performance (#15-26), regardless if they lose in the first or second round, and only the teams making the Conference Final and beyond are ranked #27-30.
