Hamilton or Tiffoli would work. Both Boston and LA in salary cap trouble.
Do they resign Bouma, Backland, Byron and Ramo? I don't want to lose Ramo for nothing. I'm thinking yes to Backland, Bouma & Byron, while Ramo probably walks. Perhaps they could trade Ramo's rights.
Last one. I'm liking Bennett on the wing. Does he stay there next year? It would help the situation of too many centers currently in the system and keep a spot open for Backland or Shore or Jooris or Arnold or Stajan or Byron or ... Trade Raymond, keep Bouma and Bob's ur uncle. Left side is complete. JG, Bennett, Bouma, Ferland, (Byron?). Ewwww, thats a Bingo, in by best Hans Landa impersonation.
Personally, I would like BT to try and acquire ROR or Coyle, I'm all in for that. I think the money/budget is there and BT can make it work for all key assets going forward. Both these guys play C/RW and are the right age. I read some of the opinions here about keeping ROR away from our young guys because of the Colorado contract thing, but I don't buy that argument. Besides the Flames/Feaster is partially responsible for that.
I think the draft is going to be very busy one for the Flames. Trades of players and draft pics. I cant believe that I actually get to say this but there are TOO MANY good assets on the team AND waiting in the wings. What an exciting time to be a Flames Fan.
GFG!! Duck hunting if fun. Flames in 6.

Backlund + 2nd for RoR (if RoR signs an extension before the deal is finalized).
