I certainly saw some games where he played the way you mentioned. I liked his play early in the season when paired with center Filip Chlapik. When Rydstrom got injured the coach tried to spread scoring out by separating Chlapik and Sprong. At that point be began to try to do it all himself. Later in the season he was reunited with Chlapik and he really took off offensively and was much more of a play maker. In any case, there are a number of great prospects available from the Q this season.
