By the time game one rolls around, Ramo will have seen action in 3 games in the past month for a total of 58 minutes of game action. His last actual start (not counting the EDM game where he left a few minutes in) was vs Minnesota on March 27th where he was pulled with 6 minutes left after giving up 3 goals in the third.
I just don't think Ramo is a chance they can afford to take at this point. Hiller is 9-3 in his last 12 down the stretch and in the playoffs. He just had a series where he did a hell of a job and I just don't see a need to rock the boat in goal now that we are back to a clean slate with a new series starting.
If Hiller melts down at any point, by all means give Karri a shot. Until then, Hiller deserves to continue to run with the starters job. I don't think there's any question about it.
