I'm very excited to about to start a complete kitchen renovation. I'm going to be building cabients from scratch with my dad - really looking forward to that.

Since we've moved in, we have repainted the walls to get rid of that horrible pink tone, removed the appliance garage, and replaced the appliances with new stainless steel (Fridge and stove were given to us by some friends). My aim is to try and keep my total investment around $5,000 - which may sound crazy, but getting the two main appliances for free, and doing the labour ourselves, it should be fairly close to doable.
I'll try to remember to post some "after" pics.
