I think FHRITP is the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

It's so dumb in fact, I'm not sure I've understood it correctly.

Edit: Welp, 6 minutes of youtube vids later it seems it's a catchphrase used to interrupt live broadcasts regardless of the reporter's gender. I'm sure publicizing it further will only speed its descent into obscurity.
