I got a new set of clubs a couple of months ago and got the hybrid over a 3 iron since I always had trouble with my old 3 iron. The new hybrid is a SWEET club. I'll never go back.

I actually think I was in about the same situation as you. I'm getting out a lot more than I have in the past. The clubs I was using before I was using since I was 13 or 14. Now 22, I needed the upgrade, and it made a HUGE difference in the game. Like Lanny said, go with the clubs that feel the best for you, and you won't regret it.
