Proshopwarehouse on Ebay.
They ship UPS air express to Canada (as of next week, thats the only option to Canada). That rate includes the ever famous UPS brokerage fees. I ordered a Sunday night, they were at my door Wednesday afternoon. I had to pay GST to the UPS dude when they got to the door.
No Canada customs fees (or they were built into the UPS charge).
Prosopwarehouse also values them at their cost, not for what you win them for (at least they did for me), so you pay GSt on that amount, thus saving you some GST.
