They are not rescinding the instigator penalty but they rescinded the automatic 1-game suspension? Why even freaking create a freaking rule that anyone that instigated a fight with less 5 minutes left in the game should automatically get 1-game suspension. Is this a different rules for Canucks player? I bet you if Ferland instigated the fight, he'll get a suspension no question ask. I am so freaking pi$$3d off. What about that Hamhuis hit?
