Yes, that is definitely true. Given the conduct of both the Canucks and Canuck fans during those 2011 finals, I don't even consider British Columbia as a part of Canada anymore. The people there have absolutely no character, integrity, or any redeeming characteristics whatsoever, and I think it's to Canada's shame that we have to constantly defend the actions of Vancouverites globally.
