The Canucks are the first Canadian team to make the Stanley Cup finals that were not overwhelmingly supported by Canadians. A large portion of Canadians were cheering for the Bruins and I expect if they did do a regional poll that most Canadians would prefer the Flames to win as nobody outside of BC really likes the Canucks at all.
