BPs Stadium wouldn't put the LA/Calgary game on any of their TVs last Thursday but Phat had it on when I walked in. The staff was wearing Vancouver gear but they were good people. Sin Bin is a Habs bar but we've watched a Flames game there once. It'll be tough to gauge given they are playing in Vancouver.

Thanks for the help. It figures to be tough to find a Flames friendly place, but hopefully there's somewhere where there is a vocal minority! If I can make it out to Phat I'll give it a go.
