Playoffs, yeah Baby!!!!

HD is coming to Calgary. My buddy who is also a huge Flames fan and I are making the cross country trip from Halifax to Calgary for games 3 & 4.

Booking with Aeroplan was a pain in the butt. The flights heading west are really limited, getting home is easy. In the end we had to book:
Moncton - Toronto - Edmonton

On Friday afternoon we will rent a car and drive 2.5-3 hours from Halifax to Moncton. Then we fly to Toronto for a two hour layover before finally making our way to Edmonton. We land at 1:04am (4:04am to us). We will grab some sleep at my buddy's friend's house then get up Saturday morning and drive to Calgary. It's a crazy round-about way to get there but at least we will make it.

Our flight has wifi so game 2 will be watched in the air. "Hey Flight Attendant, keep the drink cart close-by will ya?"

Now comes the real hard part; getting tickets. I know everyone wants tickets so this is a longshot, but if anyone ends up looking to sell or knows someone who is please fire me a PM. I've looked on kijiji but it's hard to buy when I'm not in town until Saturday. I applied to join the Flames ticket facebook group (thanks skudr248 for the heads up).

If we don't get tickets in the end, I hope to see some fellow CP members at a bar/pub or out on the Red Mile. "Psst, the Sky is Blue...."

Dang, it's gonna be a long week.
