The point is, things like anthropological race designations and phrenology are old, outmoded and (frankly) awful.
"Race group" arguments are more or less borderline anthropological race arguments, as if you can lump all "Asians" into the same pile, or all "Africans" in the same pile. There are massive genetic variations between groups even a few kilometres apart, and lumping them all together (as in a comment such as "People of African descent are better in some areas of physical ability") is so horribly incorrect and presumptuous it's offensive.
This doesn't even begin to touch on fluid breeding practices, and the mutable genetics brought about by globalization, let alone nomadic groups from previous centuries.
